Our Purpose as followers of Jesus is to love God and others in our everyday lives.
Discipleship and Accountability
What We Believe
There is one God who exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
(Matthew 28:19)
Jesus Christ is God’s Son, lived without sin, died on the cross for all of our sins, was raised from the dead, and is coming again.
(Hebrews 4:15, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, John 14:3)
The Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God and is authoritative for all matters of Christian faith and practice.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17)
All have sinned and deserve the punishment of eternal death.
(Romans. 3:23; 6:23)
Salvation from the penalty of death is made possible through the atoning death of Jesus. That is, He bears the penalty of our sins.
(Romans 5:8-9)
We cannot earn salvation. It is a gift of God offered to those who believe in Jesus Christ.
(Ephesians 2:8-9)
We respond to God’s love by faith, repentance, and baptism. Baptism is immersion in water of a professed believer in Christ.
(Acts 2:38; 16:31)
The Christian believer is endowed with the Holy Spirit for guidance, comfort, and assistance in prayer.
(Ephesians 1:13-14, Romans 8:26)
The Church is a fellowship of Christian believers, the body of Christ.
(1 Corinthians 12:27)
God created us male and female and instituted marriage at creation. Marriage is the union of one man and one woman into a lifelong relationship by making a public covenant and vow before God.
(Genesis 2:20-24, Mark 10:6-9)
We value life at all stages from conception to eternity.
(Psalm 139:13, John 10:10, Revelation 14:13)
